Irving Vázquez, originally from Ecatepec, Estado de Mexico, is a multidisciplinary artist, graphic designer, illustrator, and concert photographer based in Minnesota. An alumnus of Minneapolis College, he is active in the Latinx community and a member of Serpentina Arts. Co-founder of 00.0 Sound System, Irving documents Latin American alternative rock bands and supports local Latin alternative bands. In 2018, he created the Rockeros En MN Facebook Group to connect the Latinx Rock community, promote local bands, share music, and inform about nearby concerts. Music is a core part of his identity and work.

He has participated in many statewide and national campaigns, including "Driver's Licenses for All" and "Health Care for All." Irving's passions for creativity and music have made him a valuable asset to the Latinx community in Minnesota.
