Concert Posters

One of my goals in the Latin Rock Community in Minnesota has been cultivating a vibrant poster culture inspired by the illustrative art I have seen at music festivals. Various artists create posters for bands, enhancing both the presence and the value of souvenirs. While covering the press for Ruido Fest, I became passionate about collecting uniquely designed t-shirts and posters. This is how I discovered Dr. Alderete's work, Chemaskadal, and numerous posters for bands I love, which inspired me to explore the world of rock poster illustration.

Since then, I've aimed to create artwork for local bands and promote these designs within the Latin Rock Community as collectibles, producing a few prints. Although I have created fan art for some of my favorite bands, an incident where one of my works was heavily plagiarized made me hesitant to publish or produce new pieces until now. Currently, I focus on creating limited-series artwork and selling it directly through contact, events, or other means.

Some posters have been published and sold to raise funds for the 00.0 Sound System website or other personal causes. None of the posters here were commissioned; they were made out of my love for art, to push myself creatively, and to share my illustrations with the community. I also hope to inspire other potential artists to share their talent. While many bands and venues prefer to create their flyers, which often look similar in style, there is room for unique illustrations to become a significant part of the community.
